10.     There are 54 antioxidant compounds recently identified in pure maple syrup.
11.     Researchers at the University of Scranton recently compared the antioxidant content of nine different
                  types of nuts.  Walnuts, which contain greater and more potent amounts of the cancer-fighting
                  chemicals than any other nut.  The runners-up:  Brazil nuts, peanuts, pecans, and pistachios.
